1. Describe the space and purpose
Explain who the community is for and what kind of participation it supports. Set expectations for relevant topics and respectful interaction in plain language.

2. Give concrete behavior examples
Describe acceptable contributions and prohibited conduct with enough specificity to guide members. Avoid vague rules that are difficult to apply consistently.

3. Explain reporting and moderation
Show how a member can report a concern and what happens next at a high level. Publish response timelines only if the moderators can meet them.

4. Review policy and practice
Have moderators and appropriate legal or safety advisors review the rules. Update the page when enforcement practice changes and make the effective date visible.
